The use of moss on the dial serves as a reminder that the preservation of nature is a delicate, balancing act. Moss was chosen for this piece as it is inviting to the touch, easy to manage and does not detract from the timekeeping functionality of the Bradley Timepiece. The hour markers are pronounced and give a tactile contrast to the soft bed of nature surrounding it. This moss species is forgiving for the amateur gardener, coping well in dry, arid environments but would prefer higher humidity. Each timepiece comes with a care manual so you can look after your moss with ease.

Details

The Bradley timepiece features raised markers that allow you to feel the time by touch: a triangular marker for twelve, elongated line segments for three, six, and nine, and shorter line segments for the other markers. Two magnetized ball bearings travel around the watch face in separate, recessed tracks: one track around the center of the watch face for the minute, and one track around the outside edge of the watch face for the hour.

While our timepieces are engineered from highly durable materials, please note they are not completely scratch resistant.

Water & Shock Resistance
